The animal that I am eager to see first is sand snake, for it is really beautiful and smart. I think if I could have the chance to watch sand snake gets out from the sands suddently and hunts for its prey, it would be an fantastic experience in my life. By the way, I just want to watch it from a car or within a safe distance, for life is more precious than an impressive experience.

If I were in Namibia, I would be eager to see elephant first. I would like to ride on the elephant. It would be a special experience and it is fun. I think elephants are gentle animals so I could get along with them well and safely. I wouldn't be afraid of being eaten by them. It would be a cool wildlife traveling.

ReplyDeleteI want to answer question#1.
The animal that I want to see first is lion, because lion is the king of the wilderness. I believe that lions which live in the wilderness are more aggressive and active than those which live in the zoo. Therefore, I really want to see their movements and their behaviors. Besides, I can also observe what unique characteristics which make them become the kings of the wilderness.

ReplyDeleteI want to answer question#2.
The snakes will be the one that I am afraid of seeing most. Actually even not in the Namibia wilderness the snakes also are the animals that I am afraid of most. They look ugly and horrible and they are poison. Actually I am thinking about that the lion and snake which one I am afraid of most. It seems like that I may possibly be able to communicate with lions but there must be no way to persuade me that I can communicate with the snakes, so I think the snakes will be the animals that I don’t want to see anywhere.

I If I were left in Namibia wilderness at night, I would beafraid of seeing snakes!
Maybe I always was frightened by the movies which talk about the snakes. These movies alway make
snakes intimidating. I don't like snakes, they just make me chilling. My mother
told me that she had slept with snakes when she was a kid. She didn't scream and escape. She just
was still in sleep. She thought they were gentle and just passed through. Just can say I admire her.
She was brave. If the snake climbs into my room, I will scream out, not to mention calmness.

If I have a chance to visit the wildlife, I will absolutely say yes. Because living in a big city, we do not have many chances to get close to the nature and the animals. The only place where we can see animals is the zoo, but what the animals acts are not the real them.

Yes, I would like to visit there. I like to taste some new things and try some exciting. I think it is very interesting to do sand boarding.
Moreover, I would try many times. I had a experience doing sand boarding in Vietnam. It was very exciting. It was not dangerous even though you fell down. There were full of sand. So you don't have to worry about your safety. I suggest every one can try it. You can have another interesting experience.

I am afraid of seeing jackals at night. I think it is because that jackals are always described as a kind of dangerous animals. Also, I haven't seen jackals before, so I don't know its behaviors. Therefore, I think jackals are dangerous especially in a place I am not familiar with.

I would like to see the elephants first. In my childhood, one of my dreams was to ride the elephant to the places that I wanted to visit. I've heard that the african elephants are taller and have larger ears than the Asian elephants. If I can see them, I can know whether it is true or not.

I don't want to see snakes because I have bad experiences about cobras. I remember when I was on a path to my grandparents' house, I almost trod on a cobra. At first, it went quickly and hid under the wood. I moved the wood with a stick. It was trying to bite me with a ready position. I was almost frightened and then called my mom to see it. I poked it with a stick. Then it ran into a drain and disappeared...
since then, I have been afraid of snakes.

If I have chance to go to wildness and have some contact with those wildlife, I think I won't go, because there are just too many unknown animals or insects out there, and if I am caught or attacted by those animals, I might lose my life in the wildness, so I am definitely reluctant to visit the wildness even if I have a chance.

Sure I would love to! There are so little chances for us to really get to know the wildlife these days. People prefer to stay at where they belong. So if there is any chance for me to get closer to the wildlife, I would definitely want to go because I am curious about anything that normal people are not interested in~:D

Of course I want to visit a place like Namibia, it must be very wonderful. I can imagine the scenery there is astonishingly beautiful: standing in the wide red desert, I can feel the wind kisses my cheeks and brings the smell of wilderness which raises my excitement and interest. Besides, I have always wanted to go skiing, but the bitter cold often stops me to, therefore, the sand board skiing in Africa which is warmer will be a better choice for me. And most important of all, it is a perfect place for us to relax since we have been lived in cities so long that we have few chances to experience the nature.

ReplyDeleteI want to answer Question# 3.
If I had a chance to have close contact to wildlife, it would be the most terrible thing in my life. I am extremely afraid of animals except for human beings. Even animals like dogs or cats which are kept as pets, I dare not to touch those pets. I have no idea why I afraid pets so much, not to mention wild animals. Besides, wildlife has not been trained; they may contain certain brutish nature that we do not know. Therefore, it is better for us not to get close to wildlife before we understand its nature.
On the other hand, I do not think it is a good idea for human to get close to wildlife. Wildlife has its own life, and they are not familiar with human beings. We should not disturb their life by invading their territories.

If I have a chance to see the animals I want. The leopards, tigers, lions or those firce animals are what I like. I like their heroic bearing, and this cannot be seen in a zoo. And even I have a dream that is to ride those animals just like riding an elephant(although I did not experience). I think this will be very interesting.

ReplyDeleteI want to answer Question#3.
No, I do not want to have a close contact with wildlife. The animals are alive. They move, run, and search for food. I am fearful of seeing them without a protective screen like a piece of glass. I am afraid that I would become their food. So I would not like to try.

Of course my answer would be yes! First, I think to visit the spectacular red desert in Namibia will definitely be a special and unforgettable experience for me, let alone do sand boarding or other exciting activates there. Although I may get dirty or my face, my ears, and my hair will be all covered with sands, having this unique experience is more important than figuring out how to get rid off those sands from my pockets. After all, all I have to do after having fun there is just to take a hot bath, but this cool experience will forever remain in my mind!

I would like to visit to the red desert in Namibia. There is no any desert in Taiwan. It will be exciting to visit the place where are full of sands. Although it'll be so hot, I'm not afraid of it. I can see some different kind of plants and animals in the red desert. So, if I have chance, I will go.

I would like to see leopard, because I have never seen one in my life. All the information I know and the impression I have about this species comes from books, televisions, and so on. It would be wonderful if I can see a real one, as long as I'm in a safe protection.

ReplyDeleteI want to answer Question #1.
If I were in Namibia, the first animal that I want to see is lion. Because in fact, I seldom have chance to lions in my ordinary life. If I see them, they are in the zoo, of course. And I think they are not live in the wild but to tame to be friendly. Therefore, I want to see the real wild lions and the so-called King of all the beast.

ReplyDeleteI want to answer Question#3
I would like to see some wildlife that I can't see in my daily life, but not to have a close contact with them. After all, they are "wild" animals, no one can be sure that if they will hurt me if I have a close contact with them. The most important reason is that I can't even dare to have a close contact with a dog, not to mention wildlife.

I would like to visit the red desert in Namibia. Since it’s a place full of sands, it has multiple landscapes. The desert changes every second while the wind blow. According to the red desert in Namibia, businessmen take good advantage of it and come up with many activities which bring chances to flourish the tourism in Namibia. And I’d like to try sand boarding which seems very exciting because I don’t know how to swim and it’s pitiful that I cannot experience water boarding; therefore, it is a chance to do the surfing thing.

Question 4
I would really love to visit the Red Desert, basically because I was always fascinated by deserts, but I have never had the chance to be even near one. I'm not sure if I would like to live in a desert for a longer time, but it would have to be a few weeks to a few months at least, in order to closer examine and understand it.
